Most of you know that I am having surgery on Monday. The doctor is also my plastic surgeon. He suggested that while I was under that it would be a good time to get my lips done. I'm using Restylne. Your body makes it naturally. Whatever he dosen't use on my lips he will use on my wrinkles.
I'm a little nervous doing it 69 days before the wedding. Would you do it if it were you?

Wow..I personally wouldnt do it..because with my luck I would have some sort of reaction to it lol..but are the side effects?

No- not really bc your body produces it naturally. I think i'm doing it to take my mind off the actual surgery I can think of a better way to spend 600 bucks.....the Spa!

With regards to the lips...i would definitly do it but thats just me lol...you have more than two months to recover and your lips will be nice and full for your wedding

I would not do it. I just read that Jessica Simpson had that done and that's when she had those huge bee sting looking lips was all about. She said it turned out horribly and took 4 months to wear off.

Nope. Not that close to the wedding. Did you see Jessica Simpson when she had the trout pout? If it can happen to her, with the most expensive Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, to someone whose looks are her livelihood, it could happen to you.

My friend had it done and it takes a little while for the swelling to go down, but you should be fine in time for the wedding. Did you ask your Doctor how long it would be for the swelling to go down? You will look like Angelina X10 for a couple of weeks though

I think ur beautiful the way you are. Don't put anything inside of you to enhance what you already have, you don't need it.

i dont think i would only because its so close to ur wedding but i have bad luck to so that another reason why i wouldnt do it. good luck with everything Nic!! your in my thoughts and prays

I'm in the minority, but I would do it. There is enough time for any side effects. I think if he's your plastic surgeon he would not steer you wrong.

IMO I would opt out for the lip filler. I would not want to chance being unhappy with the results. With whatever you choose to do I wish you the best of luck and a speedy healthy recovery!
