Well i finally made an appt to get my hip and knee checked. They have been bothering me for about over 2 mths and thought it was nothing. Well i was talking to a lady here that had hip surgery and she said that the pain that im feeling was that same way her started. So please pray that everything will be ok..

I did major joint damage to my knees and hips because I used to be a big runner. Physical therapy, yoga and swimming has kept me away from any major surgery.
I had to have minor knee surgery a few years back and I saw a lady who had just had a hip replacement surgery. She was doing fine after 2 weeks...they literally have you up and walking within two days.
But I'm sure you won't have to worry about ANY of that because it will ALL BE OK!!!!
