Like, really people?! Your invite says YOUR name only. And you write back plus two. Nooooooo!! We got two people who did this to us.

We got one RSVP that says yes and two coming...but didn't write their names! And no return address!

We've been getting so many back and they're all yesses. Three were nos but we already knew that.

Kinda hoping for some nos lol

What did you do about the people who you invited alone that wrote back two?

My RSVP date is this Friday. I am still waiting about 50 responses but I'm figuring only about 4-5 more no's. Which is putting me in a little less then what I thought.

I had one person RSVP for 4 - meaning they were bringing their kids. FH's mom told them we coudln't do kids and they had no problem with it.

Today, my 18 year old cousin texted me and asked if her boyfriend could come. I told her I would let her know when I had my final numbers and she understood.

Someone else asked if they could bring their 'GBF.' That I dont know what I'm going to do about yet.

2 ppl already asked to bring a date

one person sent back RSVP +1 when they were invited alone...FH plans on telling her its a no go!

i numbered the backs of all my RSVP cards this way if someone didnt put their name i could track it down...so far havent had that problem

sorry hun! just wait until its past our RSVP date and we have to hunt ppl down! lol

Re: I now understand the RSVP aggravation you girls were posting about

I never wanted to have a big wedding. I thought it would be too much work and too much pressure. My husband and I got married and had a small ceremony and it was amazing. Stupidly, I thought why dont we have a party to celebrate as well. Well, that was the dumbest thing I have ever done! It has turned into a full blown wedding reception. So far everything has been pretty much smooth sailing...then comes RSVP HELL! The ABSOLUTE WORST part of wedding planning. I HATE so many members of our family and friends after this, lol.

I had an Uncle of my husband send back an RSVP last night that says,'put me down as a no so you dont have to pay for me but I might just show up.'

REALLY GUY? Our party is 8/6. You cant commit to attending a party that is less than a month away? It is too difficult to decide yes or no at this time??? I cant even.
