I officially have bridesmaids!
Last night I asked my cousin and FH's cousin to be BMs and they said yes! They're only 12 and 13 now, so they're super excited to get dressed up and walk down the aisle! My aunt told me that my cousin was asking her what a BM does, and my aunt told her that she has to wash our cars and be our slave! I also asked my goddaugther/cousin to be my flowergirl, but she's only 3, so she's kind of young to really understand.
My aunt kept telling me that all day my grandmother was asking her who I was going to have walk me down the aisle, if I was asking my stepdad or not. I was planning on asking my stepdad AND my grandfather yesterday, but the timing never seemed right. So finally, at the end of the night, I asked them both at the same time. They were so happy and honored, and both said yes! I made my mom cry, too!
So now I have to officially ask two more girls to be BM's, and officially ask my MOH, and my bridal party is complete!
