You HAVE to calm down!! Everything will go well. Stay away from caffeineand anything else that keeps you up. Try to exercise to get rid of all excess energy. Take bubble baths, anything to relax. You've done all the planning, now it's time to enjoy your day!! Good Luck

if you are having trouble getting to sleep, try taking a tylenol PM about an hour before you go to bed. They are not heavy like sleeping pills but will help you get to sleep.....BEST OF LUCK TO YOU
