I ordered my furniture from Rose furniture on 2/13/04...

and they said 8 weeks. The company called and wanted to deliver it This week!!!!!!!

I am not even in the house yet. I never thought it would take 2 weeks!!!!

I am so glad though that they came so quick, I thought I would have to wait 12. I can't wait to sleep in my King Sized Bed!!!!

My BIL and SIL ordered from there and got there stuff really quickly too- they really liked their customer service. This is the Rose place in NC right?

By any chance - did you ask if they could hold off delivering it? As you know I a in a similar situation, I am trying to see if it is worth asking them to hold delivery being they originally told me 8-12 weeks and I have a lot of work that needs to be done before I can put the furniture in the room. But then on the other hand, every furniture delivery I have ordered (besides from NC) is always late - it feels great to have something early....and I am not sure if asking to hold delivery would screw things up.

Glad that there was no problems with the ordering of the furniture and Rose worked out for you!

The delivery company said they would hold it, and I have to call them a week before I want it delivered.

Lucky you! They told me it will take about
2 1/2 - 3 months to get my livingroom set. Not from NC though. I'm going to call Rose for my bedroom set. My MIL used them and said they are great to deal with!
