OK well against my better judgement my dad switch the menu from the standard 3 to 7 (the new fox hollow menu) I didn't want it but my dad INSISTED..and then when my FH backed him...i lost out so here is our main courses:
Pollo Fancese Lamb Chop Royale Stuffed Shrimp Vegetable Purse Orange Roughy Mediterraneo Filet Mignon Salmone Dijonaise

Donna and Jan...i was nervous because in my mind i thought having to prepare 7 dishes might compromise the quality of the food made... So i was happy with going with the standard 3 but the out voted me ...oh well

Don't worry about the quality of food being compromised. These places are already making hundreds of meals at a time, a few more should not throw them off. I don't think they would have an upgrade option if they couldn't handle it.

MY DAD ADDED THE MARTINI BAR It comes with a cute ice sculpture. They make 25-30 different martini's

Wow, I am so jealous!!! We are going every other week now and I can't tell you how much I miss it on off weeks!! You are going to be like Ginger Rogers on that dance floor. I'm sure a martini or two will even enhance your grace out there!

Eh...i will be happy to make it through the dances....And i hope the martini makes it a little easier
