I put a RSVP date of February 12th on the invites

For a March 12 wedding date.. was that ok? is that enough time??

I think so. I put mine as Jan 16 for a feb 20th wedding. I wanted a little extra time to chase down anyone who forgets to rsvp.

I put a March 11 RSVP date for our April 22 wedding.

4 weeks SHOULD be enough time. I did my RSVP date based on when the Sheraton needed a final head count. Mine was Sept 20th.

I was like wow, 2 month RSVP, I really didn't leave enough time, I freaked out..lol.. It's almost friday

Phew.. she said two weeks before the wedding, the final head count is needed. And I put February 12th, so that still gives people a couple weeks to be late..

I am putting January 23rd for Feb 26th wedding. I figure 5 weeks will do.

You forgot your wedding date again!!!

JZNCK -- I think a month before is usually the norm. I did much earlier than that (10 weeks prior) because I know my family and they are horrible RSVPers.
