I REALLY CANT TAKE THIS

someones house alarm has been going off and on for 2 days now. the alarm blasts for about 10 min goes off for 10 and goes back on. im going to have a nervous breakdown.. and last night was worse because no one was home it was really quiet and it was all I heard

im guessing these people must be away or something - i dont know what to do

annoying ...sorry...can you call the police so they can go over an check it out?

I was thinking the same thing! Call the cops! Something made it go off and no one is home to turn it off!

no- i dont thnk so im not even sure how many blocks away it is.

but im assuming that these people dont have their alarm connected with an alarm company or police

I have had this too----The cops come, they check out the palce---if it doesn't look like there was tampering, they just leave----they don't have the authority to tell the alarm company to shut it off. Luckily when it happened to my neighbors, I had their key and code, so the cops let me go in and shut it off once they checked it out. Sorry, but the only people who can turn it off are those with the code or if the call the alarm company and give the password.
I hope they do it soon for your sake.

I was thinking the same thing, if the cops havent checked it out yet then its not connected...
i'd call the cops anyway and maybe have them drive around to check things out

oh god!!! that is what i figured anyway..

this darn thing just went off 2 min ago and its on again

That is so annoying!!

i just looked outside and realized its my neighbor across the street (though i swear the alarm sounded different then the one ive been hearing - but my dad says no) My dad says our other neighbor called him - i guess to let him know but he is in vegas

i hope he comes home sooooon

ugh so annoying! I hope it stops soon!
