I received the HUD for the closing tomorrow...

It's almost $300.00 more than we had planned. When this first started we weren't planning on bringing anything to closing and now it's up to $1,300. I guess I can't complain since it's also 100% financing. Also, after hearing all of your horror stories about buying a house, my process was nothing. All we did was fill out an application, send in copies of things and waited to get approved, and then we went into contract, and now our closing is tomorrow. The whole process took only 4-5 weeks. I couldn't imagine having it take 3-6 months??? Things are really done differently here in NC I guess. Good luck to all of you who are in contract, and have their closings coming up. I'm definitely not excited or nervous... I wonder why? Anyway, good luck to everyone!
