I saw this.. and cant find it now...PLS HELP

A couple of days ago I something of a a 'Bridesmaid Guide' or 'Contract' or 'Things to do list for BM' that was put together by a bride as a DIY.. I thought that was a great idea and wanted to go back and look at it again to see what she put in it.. now i cant find it..anyone know or did something like this...

Please help..E-party fast approaching and want to include this in gift package..
