I should of
gone else where for my BM's dresses. I was warned by not one, but two of my BM's about experiences they had with this place which caused them to go somewhere else too. See I didn't listen and I just decided on this place due to the fact the one consultant I was dealing with was a good person.
Well not only did one of my BM's get insulted by a consultant at this place when I took her to get measured. But today my nieces went in, and they charged one of them more then they charged my other girls. See the other consultant messed up and charged all the girls that went in already the JR BM price, now is that my fault? NO! I told my nieces the prices I have seen on the others contracts and it was $165 and that was including tax. How can the freaking manager sit there and act like she doesn't see the cheaper price the others were charged. She kept avoiding going to the others contracts because she knew what happened. I'm sorry if I was a manager and I know the consultant messed up on not just 1 but 5 of them , I'm gonna honor all of them. Especially after the first encounter that happened there. No this manager doesn't! My niece calls me to tell me she got charges $205!!!!!!! Are you kidding me????? When i called to speak with this woman, all she could do was trip all over her words. I told her thats not my fault what happened and she should honor that consultants mistake and eat it. Especially after one of her employees, pretty much told my friend she had to loose weight.
I'm livid! My MOH is going in tomorrow and if this happens again my MOH has a voice and will let it be known that what she is doing is wrong.
I'm at the point of contacting the BBB regarding everything that went on. The conversation between the manager and I was hysterical and I don't want to bore you with it. But lets me just say it must not take that much to be a manager for this store.
Oh btw' the manager never told me she was sorry for the way her one consultant treated my BM!
