Well, kinda haha...I still was tossing and turning a little bit but I feel much more rested than I've felt in like a week and a half!!!!
I think tonight I will take two of the pills instead of one (he gave me 5mg...the standard dose is 10mg so its no problem). I've been making FH hide my car keys from me every night so I don't sleep drive somewhere
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS...I don't know why I didn't think to ask sooner, they always work!!!

You mustve given your insomnia to me though...I woke up at 4AM and couldnt fall back asleep for the life of me...never happens.

Ohhhh nooo....
When I told my MOH I was having insomnia, she told me she didn't sleep well for 6+ months leading up to her wedding and if I wanted to sleep better I should elope

I'm glad you finally got some rest. When I had problems years ago, my doctor said it was important to have a routine with going to sleep and also make sure you don't stare at the clock. Making sure you dont exercise before bed and do something that helps you unwind, whether its read a book, or listening to music, just something that calms you down. It took me awhile but it finally got better.

Same, I jumped out of bed because I thought I was late and looked and the clock said 4:03.
