I can't stand my FI's mother and brother. His mother tried getting my FI to be the Best Man. I'm so glad he didn't give in to her. She's also upset that we're not getting married in her church.
Does anyone else want to trade their In-laws in for someone else's????

I would love to trade my in but I'm afraid I might end up with worse so I'm sticking with what I got - they managed to raise an incredible son so I use that as their strong point!

Sometimes I want to trade, but then I look at what my FH has to deal with sometimes, with my Dad, and I think, I could have done a whole lot worse!!!

My FH is the third to get married. His parents haven't contributed one dime to our wedding. We are paying for it ourselves. Thank God my parents are wonderful people and along with my FH's brother and sister in law, they are paying for our rehearsal dinner. Isn't that supposed to be the groom's family responsibilty. My FH won't touch the money issue in regards to his parents. Granted they are in their 70's and medically not doing well, but please. In my eyes, I have no in-laws. They are so negative and I hate visiting.
