he took it pretty well! I wasn''t quite sure how he''d react.

He''s not looking forward to training someone new, but I''ll be here for another 1.5 months, so I can do that.

do you think you guys will find someone that quickly??? will you miss it. I did not know the move was coming up that quickly. I cannot wait to meet you

I do think they''ll find someone quickly. Last time they posted an ad, they were inundated with responses (and somehow they chose me ) I will miss the job, but I''ve done 12 weddings so I''ve also kind of had my fill for awhile.

As for prospects in NY, I''m planning on working with my dad, and Al''s looking for jobs. One very promising prospect at a product design firm that we''re pretty excited about - they want to meet with him over Christmas.

We''ll be living on Long Island - in Lindenhurst initially (in a house my parents own) until we get jobs straightened out and figure out what we want to do with a house etc.

It feels GOOD, to finally have told work. It also makes this whole thing seem more real!

Congrats on getting that obstacle over with.

Cant wait to finally meet you..we might have to schedule a GTG in your honor.
