I STILL DON'T GET.......

If it says RSVP to a particular person, that they say they can't go to ANOTHER person who is not hosting it...........or didn't even send the invite.

I am helping organize my parent's and SIL's parent's anniversary party and the RSVPs are coming in to SIL's parents and my parents...

The invite says RSVP to my brother..
