How many calories in a weight watchers lunch?

It all depends on what it is. I believe the bistro lunches are more calories. Are you in WW? If so, you do not have to worry about the calories, just the points. If not, I'd have to say 100-250 calories, maybe? I'm really not sure, sorry.

hard boiled egg...2 points...the protein should help with the afternoon blahs...

lite microwave popcorn...I think 4 points for an entire bag...

veggies...veggies and more veggies

a fruit?

I just ate a whole bag of microwave popcorn myself. I find that it is pretty filling and can hold me over from the time I get home from work until FH gets home for dinner. If it wasn't for the popcorn I know I would be pigging out on something with LOTS of points. I eat lunch at 11am and I don't have dinner until 7:30-8:00. I would never make it that long without eating!

2 slices of Pepperidge Farm light style is 1 point!!!
Healthy choice turkey and ham are also insanely low in points
