i still have no idea what to do for my bach party

any ideas of fun things for 5-10 girls that are not bar-centric (i'm not a huge fan of bars or clubs) and preferably not overnight?

do you like wine? we are going o the wineries for wine, lunch, snacks...taking a limo or party bus out there (the details are secert), and then probably dinner after.

you could have a sex toy party!

i like booze (lol), just not a huge fan of JUST a bar ... i was thinking of something like the drag shows (lips / lucky chengs) because it's not JUST alcohol, it's entertainment too.

thats definitely a good alternative to just a bar... if your not afraid to be put in the spotlight i say go for it

don't really have anyplace to host a sex toy party - my apartment is very small and the downstairs neighbor complains if i sneeze too loudly

i like the wine tour idea though - i'll put that on my list of ideas

We went to Le Scandal which was a Burlesque Variety show. BTW, it's not all nudie and stuff. There's comedians, jugglers, contortionists and other acts. It was so much fun! My girls are still talking about that night!

2. Gambling in AC, followed by the pool party at the Harrah's on sat night, followed by more drinking gambling

That sounds like a lot of fun! is it full of bach parties or is it a mixed crowd? do they pick on the bride-to-be?

we went to fire island for the weekend, stayed in Kismet (its less rowdy there - kinda quiet) hung on the beach all day, went over to ocean beach friday night for dinner/bars

and saturday night we went to Cherry Grove (the gay island as the locals call it)

it was the best night everrrr. we went to ice palace and saw a drag queen/singer performance. she/he.. lol.. 'Porsche' was amazing. so fun and entertaining. then we went to cherries.. a fun laid back bar.

the great part of the grove is that we were basically the only straight people there.. we didnt have to worry about gross men hitting on us, trying to dance up on us etc.

i totally recommend going there!

We went mine tasting for mine...it was so much fun!! There was 9 girls in a limo, they took us to 4 wineries, and give you lunch also.

we went to Duet 35 for karaoke if i remember correctly its on 35th st btwn 5 & 6th ave

It was sooo much fun...we had our own room, we brought our own snacks, they have a phone in the room so you can order drinks from the bar and they deliver them to you, they have 17263816383 songs to choose from and you only pay $9 an hour per person
