Ok so our final RH bill included a 20% gratuity charge... over $4000 I am not sure if we still have to tip the Maitre D, Bridal Attendant and Maitre D? I am so confused!

we tipped the MD and BA on top of that 18% service charge which i guess is the gratuity split b/w the staff there.
our contract says $3-5 for the MD and we gave our BA $200

Our contract has absolutely no information about tipping anyone... it just has the 20% gratuity... Maybe that is why I am confused?

I would email or call them, we have the 18% gratuity added but we were told this is for the waitstaff , and still need to tip Maitre D and Bridal attendant.

I am pretty sure the 18% service charge is for the waiters/waitresses, bar tenders, and kitchen staff. We tipped our MD and BA what we felt they deserved. They went above and beyond for us our BP and guests so we tipped the MD $5 pp and the BA either $300 or $400.
