I feel for you. My room holds 200 we invited 243 and I was hoping for less than 180 and I have a small B list. So far only 2 no's. Isn't that bad that we hope for no's!

I know!! I had a hard time even wording my post!! Didn't want to sound like a nut that I was wishing for no's!!! LOL!!

See! That's why I told FH that if we invite 236, we have to be ready to pay for 236! I didn't want to pray some people say no!

I know exactly what you mean!! Whenever someone tells me they can't make it, I am secretly relieved! Terrible...
By the way, I was told that the no's don't come until the end...

this is something that i am a bit nervous about too. i was talking to my mom about it and she was like, 'what do you expect? you have a lot of people who love you.' i thought she was so cute, but come on, not THAT many!!! but i'll be hoping for some no's too.

OMG. Our RSVPs haven't come in yet. But we looked at our list last night and we have 250 people We thought we'd only have 175 But we just kept on adding people.

we got 13 reponses back so far and only one was a 'no' we invited 250. have to GTY 175. I really can't afford 250 so we'll see what happens with the remaining responses! either way, we'll figure it out and it'll be an amazing day!

We've gotten about 30 responses and still only one no. Sixty two attendees.
We'll see what today's mail brings.

haha! wow, thats alot of yes's to no's! someone mentioned to me the other day, i bet everyone goes to your wedding. and i was like !! I obviously I invited all these people b/c I want them there but I never really thought about paying for all of them! haha!

Up to 68 people attending ...
Still have 42 outstanding replies (but that includes my dad - who I knew would not get it - that he is supposed to send back the rsvp; MOH & BM because they are not sure how many of their kids they are bringing; my brother cause he's just a pain in the butt).
Anyway, my point being a lot of my outstandings are known yes's.

i can't help but feel rejected when we get a 'no' lol I know its a good thing since we don't want 200 people there!! But it makes me think 'what, my wedding isn't important to you??'

I know what you mean - my one no came with no 'sorry we can't make it' blah, blah - just the regrets line checked!! Oh well!! (at least it was people I don't even know!!! )

We haven't started getting responses yet. Our invites went out Sat. I think we should be ok. We gauranteed 100, invited 140 and have a budget for 120. We already know of about 10 that aren't able to make it (they live in Germany). So, we will see what happens.
