1 year and 5 months - a little less than 1 1/2 years.....its LONG but now that we only have a few weeks to go it doesn't seem like it was that much time....to be honest i couldnt imagine planning for any longer.... i think that a 1 year engagement would be nice but we needed more time to save money since we are paying for it on our own....but on the same not im kind of sad that its going to be over soon.....

yea i feel like its taking forever!!!!! lol

3 years--our engagement was looong because we are both in law school and knew that we'd get married only after we both graduated

22 months.....we got engaged labor day weekend and it was to soon to pull it together for the following summer.....we're both teachers so we wanted a summer wedding for convienence....so we waited the extra year.....helped a lot money wise since we're paying most of it ourselves.
