I survived Hurricane B*tchface!
So i was on 24 hour call Sat into Sun morning and i was TOTALLLLY worried that my relief on sunday wouldnt make it.....even my attending told me to go at 5am to take a nap until 7am.
My relief was supposed to come around 730a....i get a text from the guy saying a tree fell on his car and obviously he wasnt coming to work....so i rolled over in bed and slept for another 15 min. I wake up to my senior resident taping me saying the relief came!!!!
He was just messing with me!!!
I drove home at 8am, at about 5 mph LOL....but i got home!!!! I was able to shower and sleep in my own bed, with my cats!!!
So happy!
