I survived the running of the brides!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG... I went to the running of the brides today. I got there at 5:30AM and waited on line until 8AM with my BP. It was insanity.....but totally worth it. I was interviewed by NY1 and CBS 2 (P.S. did anyone see me...I had a big blue parker and fur)My BP will kill me but it was soo much fun and so intense. I ran in there like a mad woman and got sooooo many dresses and then went to a corner to strip and try on dresses. After 5 min there wasnt anything left on the racks. My friends then proceeded to barter with other brides and trade our smaller dresses for larger ones. After a couple of hours and many dresses (almost a fight!!!) I found my dress. I will post a pictures up later. Its a Mori Lee with lots of beading and embroidery and what was my cost.............$250!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sooooo glad I went it was deinitely memories to have for a lifetime. We were done at 11:30AM and then we went to lunch then massages and facials. It was a blast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you girls had a lot of fun with it!!! I'm laughing here because you went to get massages afterward!! It was def. needed after waiting in a line and running around, I bet!

And wow $250?!?!??! Can't beat that!!!!!!!
