So my period came yesterday... and I ws scared that i was NOT going to do my work out....
THANK GOD i did not get any pain!!!

So I was able to do my work out


and OH BOY I SWEAT SO MUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I coudlnt believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I hope that this helps me for my Wedding... looks like it will lol...
