its by Molly NY and the tags say RN # 123648 and CA # 32054 (no idea what those numbers mean)

i don't know what size you are but i found a size 8 on ebay. the auction ends in like 5 min though!link

boo, i could only find that dress in a size 8, 10 and 12 on ebay
