I swear to God, you will not believe...

..we were at the ER again today!!!!! After yesterday's accident, he really seemed fine, in goods spirits but he did have a restlessnight. This morning, again, he was his same old cheerful self. Had breakfast and all and them went down for a nap around noon. He ended up vomiting 2 times and we called the doctor b/c that can be a symptom of a concussion. She said to bring him to the ER. On the way he again got sick. So we wait in the ER at Winthrop this time and he was really in good form otherwise, like the mayor of the ER, meeting and greeting people. So he seems fine to me but of course we wanted to check it out. Turns out the doctor said it's probably not a concussion b/c neurologically he seemed fine but coincidentally a stomach flu that he just picked up! Ugh!!!! He was a bit more peaked this evening and had a 101 fever. All I can say is Ay yi yi!!!!!! They say things happen in 3's so I'm going to count the dresser incident, the stitches and this visit as our 3. I hope tomorrow holds no surprises.

Thanks for all the well wishes and support for our last few days, I was recently thinking I needed to take a break from being on line so much but it really feels good to be able to share all the anxiety and stress, it really helps relieve it somewhat, and to have all the support as well. If you were not pregnant I would say you need a drink after this weekend.
I am glad Luke is okay.

Oy Vey! I hope Luke's feeling better soon! My mom and sister were over today and they thought they were coming down with some stomach ailment, so I hope I don't get it frm them.

Oh wow Liz ... I missed this incident. I'm so glad that Lukie is okay ... he'll get over this stomach virus soon. Take care of yourself though ... I'm sure you are under so much stress.

the stomach virus is DEF doing around. I had it for 4 days,,,,then Julianne for 2 ..then I got it back again this past WEd as did my MIL (who visited us)...my house is SOOO sterilized now

There is definitely a bug going around. My nephew had it this weekend, his temperature even rose to 106!!!! He still has symptoms, but he is feeling much better.
