I really want to loose 5-7 lbs before the wedding i hope this works and that i can stick to it!!

that is the only way i can shed 6-7 pounds in one week!! there is actually a website called

i did atkins for the wedding but i wont go back on it again. it was a quick fix for me.

The amount you want to lose should be no problem. I lost about pounds in a week when I first did it. I may go back to it as the wedding gets closer.
