I think...

sometimes when adult women wear leggings with heels they get the peg bundy effect. I thought I share b/c several grown women are dressed like her today...

I'm obsessed with leggings. I actually wore them before they were even back in style lol. My friends used to make fun of me.....now they wear them.

It depends how you wear them. With a tunic and shoes or boots ohmigod its so cute, but like a short shirt with them and pumps and big hair, its peg bundy and may even cross the line of save by the bell days..
