I think Casey's crate is getting too small

She stays in the crate she came home in as a tiny puppy...she still fits in it but she can't stretch her legs out when she is sleeping and when she sits up the top of her head touches the top of the crate. I cannot leave her loose in the house yet during the day bc she is still only 6 months and chewing stuff. I mean, what size should I get? I don't know what to do! Help - i feel so bad for her

Hi! What size crate do you currently have? When I got my Casey the breeder told me to get the big crate now (2'X3'). Hope that helps.

We just put Chewie in a much larger, more open crate and he seems so much happier. He was squashed in the other one we had.

we're starting to see this with Golem now too -and he's only 5 months old! We actually bought the largest size crate at first, but we have the divider panel, so we've just been moving it as he grows. We havn't changed it in a while though - and I'm seeing him do the same thing as Casey - where he doesnt have room to stretch out anymore. Maybe you could get a wire crate with divider so you can adjust it to Casey's growing also?
