I think I almost had a heart attack....

....due to the power outage. My wedding is tomorrow at 11am and I panicked and cried my eyes out when I heard Canada was out too! We were giving the electricity until 12pm today to come to a decision to postpone the wedding But now the wedding is still on! I'll say good bye for now and post a review when I get back! I'll be in sunny Hawaii for 13 days.

I was thinking about that and wondering if any brides had weddings tonight or tomorrow! I would have been panicking too... so glad everything worked out OK!!! You're going to have a GREAT day!!! The weather should be perfect

I was worried for brides this weekend when I went shopping today and was concerned when I saw them throwing out all the perishables and saying 1-3 days until they could replace it all

I'm glad to hear the wedding is still on! It could have been romantic with all the candles to light the ceremony though! Remember Ross and Emily's wedding in the church they were tearing down???

so happy that the electricity came back in time!

one girl i work with was going to a wedding yesterday but couldn't make it since her dad was driving her and didn't have enough gas and of course the stations were not working after the blackout. she was getting married at Crest Hollow and i guess they have a backup generator b/c she knows they told the bride they had electricity. so she was able to get married.
