I keep seeing all these posts for name plaques and I am not quite sure why people get them, where they go, why I don't know about this, and why don't I have one...
I have never seen them at any of the weddings I have been to. Is it a new trend that I need to be on board with and if so, where do I get one???

I dont' think I've seen one at a wedding before either, but I LOVE THEM!!!!!!
A friend of mine has a plaque on the steps to her front door that has her name and the year and I LOVE it!!! So this is even better.... I'm going to think about doing this, too!!!

I had never seen one before coming on LIW. I ended up loving them. Not even sure I will use at my wedding, but will definitely hang in my house.
Lots of girls display on the cake table. You could display somewhere else within your RG, as well. I might use above the mantle in the foyer (If I use for the wedding)

yeah i only found out about them after i came on here - I didn't get one for my wedding but its a really big trend on here and they aren't that costly so if u want one go for it!

I had never heard of them until I came here, but I thought they were adorable and a great keepsake for after the wedding. I plan to display mine on my cake table, and then in my living room afterwards.

Thanks ladies, I will get on it. I am thinking of surprising my FH with one since he is obsessed with his last name (last boy with the name, no pressure at all :)
