I'm sorry. While I can not relate, I sympathies with you and your frustration. Have you tried weight gaining shakes? High carb diet?
I hope you can find a solution to your issue.

I did try the weight gainer shake but I didn't see any results. I only took it for about 3 weeks though. You have to drink it 3 times a day. By the third weeks I was just of it. I couldn't hold it down anymore lol

Have you considered seeing a dietitian?

Wow, I wish!

Is everyone in your family thin? You can try high calories foods that are good for you so you don't clog your arteries though, lol

Try complex carbohydrates (starches) such as whole grains, pasta, cereals, beans, potatoes and rice also have higher calorie densities than fibrous carbs. A typical serving of pasta contains about 800-1000 calories. Pasta and other complex carbs are great foods for gaining weight. (got this off a website )

I don't mean to get personal, but maybe talk to you dr about your thyroid. I recently had a bout with tyriod cancer and found out that it effects a lot of your body but particularly your weight. If you are hyperthyroid you will have difficulty gaining weight.

One of my brothers girlfriends had that problem. She even had surgery because no matter how much she ate, she was still a size 00.

It's very difficult to deal with, but I guess just eat chocolate, Super Sized McDonald's meals, pasta, and just eat like 3000 calories a day and hope that it works

Good luck!
