I think I caught something from a guy who was sick on the train last night
This guy who was sitting in the seat behind me was sneezing his lungs out last night. He sounded horrible.
It was a packed train. I'm just glad I didn't sit next to him, but it's those new trains and I kept thinking I bet it's getting in my hair. ARGH
I didn't go straight home, it was Sushi Monday (not raw) and it was late when I got home. I did take a shower but I think it was too late.
I didn't sleep well. Woke up at 3:45am because my throat was so dry it hurt. The thing is we have a humidifier on full blast at night. I was sniffilly and sneezy last night and took claritin before I went to bed. But I was still sniffilly and stuffed up this morning.
My throat is killing me now. AHHH I can't be sick. I have stuff to do tomorrow and Im not in work and next week I'm going out of town.
God why don't people learn to cover their mouths and use tissues when they're sick!?!?!

I always keep tissues I was real close to offering him some.
He got off at Jamaica.. just from Penn to Jamaica and he spread his cooties everywhere! People kept staring at him and a guy in front of me (facing me, it was one of those seats) looked at me like 'Oh my god, do you realize that guy is sick?' uhmm DUH!
You know.. I really don't like these new LIRR trains. They have less space, seem more crowded (which is werid) and there NEVER seems to be enough space or seats!

It can take up to 2 weeks for you to catch a cold from someone... so you probably caught it from someone last week! Maybe the guy on the train caught it from the same person

Seriously tho, folks on the trains have been icky lately. I keep trying to keep to myself.
I hope to fight this off. Im pretty good about fighting off colds it's just a pain in the butt!

I made it through the flu season pretty well.. but I got sick last week... though it wasn't as bad as other cold.. i'd say take some prevetnive measures -- Vitamin C, rest, and zinc or echinochnea. Hope you stay well!
