'bridesmaid-zilla.' anyone dealing with one of these? acutally is my moh, but same difference. she is my sister and fighting w/me over everything. when to look for bm dresses, what it should look like, who should go, who should be in my bp....i know, don't ask. i cannot be the only one?? and she is already married so she's not vicarously through me..she's just pushy....

I still catch a lot of flack for it. Not so much that they aren't in it but the fact that FH's sisters arent either. Im sorry but I have to be happy on my wedding day. If I had everyone in it to keep the peace, id have had 10 bridesmaids. Thats a circus, not a bridal party. I can barely get 5 women together. 10? No thanks.

Tell her it's your wedding and you're doing it the way you want it done, and if she doesn't like it, she can re do her own wedding herself again!!!
I had a bridesmaidzilla up until we ordered the dresses. She was completely worried about looking good and her tiny pot belly showing!! I informed her this is my wedding, not a damn fashion show. She is walking down an aisle, not a catwalk!!
She has calmed down a lot since, but I know when the dresses come in and it comes time for hair and makeup, that will be another ballgame!!

i completey agree....and i know that ultimately she wants my wedding to go perfectly. its just that she has an abrasive personality - not so much what she says but how.
