that is so funny!! i was fluctuating between the bordeaux and the eleganza too. i saw bordeaux online and had my heart set on it but then when i tried on the eleganza tears came to my eyes so i knew it was 'the' dress! i think the lace work on the eleganza is just amazing and i loooove the back...obviously i'm biased here!

i didn't know i particularly wanted that antique look, but i'm so glad i choose it, now i've been looking at antique looking jewelry and it's so fun!

are you looking at all white or two toned for the dresses?

I tried in on in Diamond white. I havent seen in the 2 toned. I bet that is beautiful.
did you buy yours? where?
I dont remember how much the eleganza was
the the bordoux was a litte out of my budget.
but Im kinda thinking too too bad.. Its only one day
and Its MY SPECIAL DAY! ..

i tried on the bordeaux in the diamond white and the eleganza i tried on and ordered in the ivory/champagne combo! i got mine from lillette's in baldwin....i've been there twice and had a great experience both times. i think both dresses were around the $1200 range....mine came to a little more b/c i ordered it in petite length and i ordered the slip and veil through them. it's way more than what i thought i would spend on a dress but once i put it on, i HAD to have it!

I love it! I tried on a very very similar one that was strapless that I ALMOST got! I love maggies! I have one myself!

omg...i'm so excited that everybody likes eleganza so much...i didn't post when i ordered my dress cuz i'm scared my FH will look on here someday out of curiosity, but now i realize he is just not that stealth

adre212--that's awesome you are going to lillette's! do you know who your appt is with? i worked with christina and she's fabulous. you will have a great time!

btw--i'm 'supposed' to be working too, but now i'm way too excited (all over again) about my dress! (and maybe yours!)
