I ordered a custom made cake topper through a company I found on another wedding website. I contacted the seller, he seemed to know exactly what I wanted, and I payed him $110 through paypal. Well 2 months later I have nothing. I was promised the cake topper in 3-4 weeks from the date I paid for it. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and through paypal. The seller does not respond to any of my emails. At this point I just want my money back. I am just so frustrated. I was going to surprise FH on our wedding day with it and now I may lose my money and have to start looking for someone else who makes custom cake toppers. Thanks for letting me vent.

You have protection under paypal. You can file a claim against the seller, and they will settle the differences.

I am so sorry. That happened to me once on Ebay and it was so annoying....Don't let it get you down, your getting married!

That really stinks! I would contact the wedding website that you found the vendor on. They may be able to help you. You could also contact the credit card company that you charged it to, they can dispute the charges for you. Good luck

sorry that happened to you, something similar happened to me once on ebay. don't let it get you down, think of it this way at least it wasn't for $1000. file a complaint with paypal.

If you used your credit card for paypal you should also call them and dispute the charge.

Sorry, that is sooo terrible. I know through paypal you are defintely protected. You should find out how also try calling the credit card company maybe they can help some how.

OMG!! You can file criminal charges as well. Two months is unacceptable. Good luck.
