I'm trying to eat healthy, which means I can't order any bad food for lunch or make my usual daily run to the ice cream man and get a large hot fudge sundae. Well in order to make sure that doesn't happen I told my coworker who sits right behind me to tell me that I'm never going to fit into my wedding gown if I continue eating like that....and of course he adds a few little comments of his own that I appreciate lol. I'm a sucker for some tough love!!!!!

lol dont ya love coworkers like that? i was eating a salad the other day and this kid at work comes in and says ' rabbit food huh?' i laughed and he says ' yeah fatty keep eating that rabbit food maybe your *** will shrink!! ' lmao! he always yells at the to eat his lunch cause i lost too much weight lol so he throws remarks in like that here and there

i'm back on ww cause of my 15plb weight gain (yuck) so i tell everyone to tell me im fat all the time when i go to eat something..lol... of course they never do and FH is afraid to say that to me.. he thinks i'll throw a shoe at him or something.. but it helps keep me on track. I also keep pics of the wedding dresses i want (all on those size 0 models..blah..lol) all around and especially near the fridge.. def. helps me not to stuff my face!! So i guess i have some mental problems of my own

I got a great deal of support earlier from the 1/4 can of Pringles that I ate. At least they were fat free.

Right, for the first year I was able to justify it that way, however, when you live 2 blocks away and it takes you not even 15 minutes to walk there, order your ices AND walk back, it can't be considered a work-out anymore! it took me a while to come out of denial, lol
