I think I'm getting a sty..

right by my eyelash line my eye its irritated and it looks like theres a little cyst (but its still tiny).

(Sorry, I'm sure this is disgusting.. )

Anyway, what can I do to make it go away? I've never had one before...

I've heard you're supposed to rub gold on it, old wives tale but it works.

theres medicine in drugstore and i actually think its called sty or styeye or something to that sort...should be found near contact solution and stuff like that

i use to get them all the time when i was younger ..i would put a hot washcloth on my eye

I had one and I got really upset because I never had one! FH convinced me to scratch it off. I was hesitant for a day but it got bigger and it was very annoying and I gave in and scratched it off and haven't had one since ::knocks on wood::

Yeah, you need to keep putting a warm compress on it a few times a day. If you start now you should be able to keep the size down. HTH

yea it is completely not recommended by any dr. because they say you can aggravate it more and something about infection but I thought there was no way it could be more aggravated than it already was. It grew to be HUGE!! It didn't really hurt I was just freaked out because I never touch my eyes, I don't wear contacts or anything like that.

yeah put chamomile tea over it...I made chamomile tea and soaked it on a cottonball and held it on my eye.

That is what I think you should do. Put warm compresses on it.
