I think Im getting sick

UGH! I hate getting sick, I never get sick so when I do its just horrible. My throat hurts and my eyes are burning and I just cant focus on anything. This just s/ucks because FH invited all these poeple over for the Superbowl (Im cooking of course) and I was so excited cause I was going to get my hair recolored this Sat... I hope I dont have to cancel..

Any quick fixes to cut a cold?

coworker swears by Zicam...also theraflu packets (they are pretty good)

I used to use Zicam but I have heard some negative things about it. But it did work to get rid of a cold before it really started.

There is a Vitamin C thing that you put into a hot drink. I can't remember the name of it, but my friend gave it to me the day before my e-party because I thought I was getting sick and it totally did the trick.

lots of fluids. also, you need fresh air. so when you are at home, crack a window. my stepmom (a PA) told me to open a window to get the 'crappy' air out and some fresh air in. don't go crazy of course b/c its freezing!

It really works, but the nasal one is the best and there is some lawsuits that it caused people to lose their sense of smell.

I heard that Zicam messes up your ability to taste, so I would stay away from that. I use Airborne, or drink lots of orange juice...sometimes it works, but sometimes it doesn't unfortunately.

Emergency and Zicam!!!!!!

Yes, that's what I take all winter to prevent a cold. I hear if you take it while you are sick, your cold will be squashed quickly.

I hope you feel better though!
