I think I'm staying off the pill from now on............

After this month's episode, I've been thinking. Maybe it's best for me to start conditioning my body now and get off the pill, start taking vitamins.

I was suppossed to start my new pack Sunday. Well ladies, Sunday came and went, and I didn't start.

No more hormones in my body

Any day now, any day now.... Have you read Taking charge of Your Fertility?

My other piece of advice- start doing sit ups now. No joke, the tighter your abs are to begin with, the better!

I have the book, I'll start reading this weekend

Jan 9th is my appt with my GYN, DH is going with me, I'll also see what she recommends as far as vitamins are concerned.

Liz,
You can take any prenatal vitamin for now, until you see your doctor. Accidents can happen and its best to be on folic acid before you get pregnant. All of them are pretty much the same anyway.
Can we start sending you baby dust or do we still have to wait a few months?
