I Think Landlords/ Complex Management Should

Paint the apt. numbers on the parking spaces!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would keep neighbors friendly, and there would be a better chance that no one but the renter would park in the designated spaces!!!! Debi was told that there were two spaces for renters, and usually those spaces are right in front of the townhouse!! Since Debi and Fred moved, it seems other neighbors and their visitors? do not care if Debi and Fred are parked in their designated spaces!!!!! A few days ago, Debi, still nursing that injured ankle, had to park her car WAY AWAY from her spot!!!!!!
Tonight, I met Debi and Fred's new neighbors, who have also been upset with the parking space situation!! They are moving in tomorrow!!! The gal called the Rental Agent, to complain about the situation!!! She was told by the agent, that it would be checked out on Mon. The agent plans to walk pass and see who's cars are not suppose to be there. Also, the new neighbor's Husband plans to 'knock on doors' tomorrow, to let everyone know they're moving in, and don't park in their spaces, tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!! There have been three out of state cars parked in our spaces!! I think there needs to be a designated area for visitors, so they don't park in renters' spaces!!!!! Mary MOB
