I think SHOWERS are in the forcast

Well I think plans for my shower are in the making..

This past week I walked in on my mom TWICE talking with FMIL and when I was in the room she said 'hold on a minute' or 'Ill call you back later'

My mom also was with my godmother for a good part of friday morning unaccounted for AND this morning I woke up and she wasnt home. I called her and she was all giggly and tried to make an excuse but I caught her and she just said.. 'OH I cant tell you..leave me alone. '

See, I think they are going to have it earlier rather than closer to the wedding to throw me off....but I WILL figure it out.

OHH and i was talking to FMIL last week and she wipped out her calendar for something and I saw on two saturdays 'choice one' and 'choice two' with nothing else....HMMMMMMMM,

They are totally gonna mess up my plan to wear a cute sundress and sandals!

That's so cool that you're having a surprise shower! I'm having mine in Mass, so it can't be a surprise. This is so exciting.

Don't you just LOVE IT!!! I too will figure out when my shower will be. I mean come on, my MOH is planning her daughter's christening for May 21, so it won't be that weekend, then there are all the holidays in April, (Palm Sunday and Easter). Process of elimination will help!

Also, my silly mom (who doesn't live in NY) called me about 2-3 weeks ago to ask when the shower was going to be. She caught herself and realized WHAT she was asking!

Well thats the thing.. I told my mom if I look like crap I will never speak to her again

I dress up for work all week so I am always slummin on the weekends in track suits and sweatshirts

my mom and sister are right now in a secert meeting with my FMIL! LOL they think I dont know!...and I think the invatitons went out last week! Because I went to the mail box to check if any of my RSVPs came back, there were rather large envleopes in there and my sister shouted at me from the front door 'YOU HAVE TO TOUCH EVERYTHING?!' LOL

you guys are cracking me up

I was also Miss detective abut my shower. I thought I knew when it was and it was really 'just' a brunch

Then I had a feeling about another day and I turned out to be right. My mom also came in from OOT and I was so on to her! My FH said I am the WORST person to try to surprise b/c I cannot stop asking questions and fishing for information. hopefully he will never try again b/c I HATE surprises!
