I think the salon.....

That I go to for my facials/microdermabrasions is trying to make me break out on purpose. When I first started going a month ago my skin was absolutely fine I just wanted to get a few microdermabrasion treatments to give my skin that glow effect. Well, she said that I should have a facial with them after the first 1 I broke out a tiny bit, no biggie I thought, it went away, 2nd time I broke out again but only worse it looked like my face was actually reacting to something so last week when I went back I told her that I didn't want another facial because I feel that it was making me break out, I even asked her if I could be having a reaction to her products. But yet again she talked me into another facial PLUS using this new cream. Needless to say I walked out of there spending about $100 on products because now I was desperate to get rid of these breakouts and then yet again I broke out after the product. SO I stopped everything all together and went back to the cream/wipes that I still had left over from my derm.......well it's been only 2 days and my face is already starting to clear up. I feel like she was selling me this crap to make some extra money off me Has anyone ever had these reactions with facials before??

I always feel the few days after facials i do get breakouts. But that is what the facials are for. they clear your skin but sometimes the spots take a few days to come up. Your skin will be so much clearer a week later.
This is the reason it is not recommended to get a facial too close to your wedding.
