Ugh I totally feel your pain! Our upstairs neighbors who just moved out BTW used to be 'hard walkers' I swear to god they always walked heel, toe, heel, toe.

Sat@n (why can't I typed sat@n???) lives upstairs from me with her hell hounds.

(FMIL lives upstairs with FSILs - whom I like - with their dogs who never stop barking)

i feel that my tenants go bowling everynight upstairs. they are doing it as we speak

tread lightly! LOL J/K it's not entirely sound proof, but I guess when you're walking around the downstairs tenant will hear it. It's inevitable so don't even sweat it.

we are on the 2nd floor...suck up the stairs and just go for the top floor....

thor lives upstairs and the aspiring trumpet player lives next door, and the college kids that live above us make soooo much noise when they come home...i want to kill them...

did i mention they have the LOUDEST sex EVER as well???? they wake us up banging their bed on the wall!!

considering that you weigh about 300 lbs i'm sure you're extremely loud!

we call it 'lead feet' or 'walking liek you have lead in your feet' my mom walks like that.. we all yell at her to be conscious of it

I know the feeling all too well though, we have the tv blaring, baby screaming couple that ALWAYS fights living next door. I sooooooo can't wait to move outta this place.

You don't realize you are soooooo lucky to be moving upstairs

My old downstairs neighbor thought I was Thor and would constantly scream and harrass me (i.e. knock on my door when he had not shirt on and scream at me....curse me out when I dropped a bottle on the floor)...he was CRAZY....

But I am sure you were not. This is why I refused to move into a condo and we decided to move into a townhouse. I was so happy when I finally had that option!
