OK--I thought I found my wedding song last night because it made me cry. Then I was listening to the CD I made last night of all the possibilities and I cried over a different song! I think I'm just hormonal cuz its TTOTM.

Anyway, I have been saying for years and years that the song Uncle Jesse sang to Becky on Full House is going to be my wedding song. It's called 'Forever.' Anyone remember it? FH reminded me of my insistence to have this song after he listened to the whole CD I made and didn't like any of them...he wants 'The Uncle Jesse song' I looooove the song, but is it stupid to use a song I'll never hear on the radio or anything for a wedding song? Try downloading it from Limewire or bearshare or something...Here's some of the lyrics:

Both the Beach Boys and John Stamos did 2 versions of Forever.

I remeber this! I grew up when Full house was popular-I still catch the reruns once in a while-how pathetic to admit this.

i def don't think that should be a problem ... you want a song special to you and fh .. so if you guys love the song i would use it .. you have it on cd so you can hear it anytime you want

Totally my song as well..good luck finding that version. I paid $100 bucks to get the cd-the beach boys version alone is different-faster but the one with john stamos is perfect-

I can always try to burn it and send it to you if you need me to-I just know how much trouble I had trying to download the right version....

Our wedding song is completely random, we will never hear it on the radio- I say go for it!
BTW- I can't beleive I remember that song! And tell your DJ, they will find it and buy it if they can

Don't NOT use the song because people may not know what it is...the words are darling and it means so much to you. Sometimes the BEST songs are the ones that don't get 'released' for airplay...or indy groups that are lesser known...if you like it, go for it!!!!

AGREED!!! I think almost everyone from the full house generation will definitely know it. I loved when 'Uncle Jesse' sang that song. I actually have it burnt onto one of my love song CD's

i've always loved that song! i think its a great choice

i think its sweeter to use a song that isnt very well-known and a common wedding song, but really special to the two of you.

I dont think our song was ever on the radio either, but it perfectly describes the way we feel each other that it would be crazy not to use it,

Its actually a Beach Boys song. I think John Stamos must have been friends with the beach boys, remember the Full House epsiode where they sang with the Beach boys?

Anyway, it doesn't matter if the song plays on the radio, it just has to be special to you and FH.
