I took too much allergy medicine...
and my whole body feels SO WEIRD.
I got up at 3am and couldn't breathe at all, so I took an allergy pill from the box in the counter- a normal tylenol allergy, 4-6 hour med.
I took another one at 9am....THEN I realized that the one I took at 3 and the one I took at 9 didn't look the same --- turns out that the one I took at 3am was something my Mom's been taking, NOT the one that I've been taking.
I took a 24-hr Alavert at 3am, then a 4-6hr tylenol sinus at 9am...
My head is spinning, my hands are shaking, and my legs feel really weak and shaky.
I called my Doc (I've only seen her once - brand new Doc for me) - and she said to take it easy, don't consume any caffeine, and DON'T take anything else until tomorrow.
I had to pull over twice on my way here, 'cause I got dizzy - this can't be good!!!
