I treated myself yesterday..........

to a nice pair of maternity jeans and two long sleeve tops. They fit so well. It felt so good not to have to hold up my pants with a safety pin for a change. Hubby told me to get some more because they looked nice. I will wait til I'm feeling better.

I went to Motherhood Maternity. I had bought some pregnancy clothes already hoping to fit into them soon but they are still swimming on me and my regular jeans are snug.
These new jeans are perfect. They must be for that in-between stage.

They have it in the Massapequa Mall and the Bay Shore mall. I think they have it in that one too. I usually don't shop there.

There is also one in the Smithhaven Mall. I agree, having clothes that fit properly are great. I only wear DH shirts if I am home and not really going anywhere. They just make me look fatter since they are not fitted properly.

I had originally bought clothes that must be for when I really pop out & they are still too big. I was feeling so frumpy wearing them with pins to hold them up. I also wear hubby's sweatpants and sweatshirts around the house.
I feel so much better now that I got the clothes for the early months that fit nice.
Now once I make my hair appt for these roots, I will feel even better. My dr gave me the green light. YEAH!!!!

I think having clothes that fit and feeling like you look good despite your expanding belly is a must.

I bought clothes as soon as I started to feel uncomfortable and bypassed the rubberband altogether.

The Source Mall in Westbury has Maternity Works which is Motherhood Maternity plus the outlet for Pea in the Pod and Mimi. Good place for discounted stuff
