Hey girls. I went to try on dresses today, just for fun. My friend works in a bridal salon and she wasn't busy so she invited me over to hang out. What do you think of this dress. To be totally honest (since you asked), I'm not a huge fan of pleats, but it does look really good on you! I especially love the bodice!
You never said what you thought of it though! Do you think you'll go with something similar to that?
ETA: What'd you like most/least about the dress? How many did you try on?

I tried on about 4 dresses but I liked this one the best. It does fit pretty well. I love the bodice. I love the beadwork and design. I don't like the pleats either. My friend asked the seamstress if they can be taken out and she siad they can and then it would be a plain front a-line. I would also make the train shorter, maybe a chapel or sweep train. I wish the hemline also had some beadwork or a design. If she can get it for free I'll probably take it. Would I buy it, probably not because I wasn't really in the market for a dress right now. The price tag on the dress is $1990 and that's at a major mark down because it's a sample. I'm on a tight budget and you can't look a gift horse in the mouth.

AWWWWWWWWWWW! The dress is very pretty. Did you try on different designers or did you stick to just one designer.

Thanks! I'm not sure what i tried on. My friend works there and she just tossed about 4 dresses in the fitting room with me. She kinda knows what style I seem to like. I know this one is made by Anjolique (sp?) The other ones were really expensive, like $5,000 each so I didn't even pay attention.

It is pretty but it's not the ONE but it was fun trying them on. I don't have a slip on. At least I now know I want a strapless sweetheart bodice. I definately want some embrodiery and bling too
