The front looks amazing (maggie sottero - Victorianna), ties me in so tight that my waist looks like an hourglass!!! ( which in real life it isn't!!!)
BUT>> the back I am not happy at all!!!
The back is a corset and I have BACK FAT!!!! Overflowing over the top!!!! I am SOOO upset!!!!
What do I DO? What exercises get rid of this? HELP!!!
Other victorianna girls.. do you have this problem too????
If they don't tie me up so tightly, I am sacrificing my hourglass illusion of a waist!

You are gonna look gorgeous. My good friend wore the Victoriana and it was really spectacular. You have plenty of time to tweak the diet and exercise. I think alot of cardio and watching the sugar/carbs always does the trick for me. Good luck!

Exercise like a maniac! I just got the 30 Day shred which I plan on doing.. a lot of other girls did that too... they say it works... try that. But yea exercise and diet will get rid of that.

as a big girl i am prone to the dreaded back fat...
i found that if you play around with the top set or 2 of the laces in the corset and don't pull them so tight it helpes with the back fat problem.

Re: I Visited My DRESS!!!! NOT HAPPY
I like the suggestion of just not making the first couple of pulls so tight. Cardio will help...but the most important thing is to just be confident aht you look beautiful. That more than anything is going to change the whole picture!

10 girl crashing.
I know when I was in college, I did Pilates and there were a ton of both lower and upper back moves. Cardio is definitely the way to go, but checking out some Pilates moves bight be a good way to supplement that.

Re: I Visited My DRESS!!!! NOT HAPPY
If you're not into the exercise thing... Tighter around the waist, looser up top.. The corset is made for that, and no, it won't move or shift.. Try it.. You'll see, just play with it.

you can still lace up the rest of it nice and tight to get the nice shape but it makes a worlds of differance on the top few loops
belive it or not a woman at davids laced me up correctly ( i told her how much the back fat bothered me )and said seeeeeee you look amazing after that i will only deal with her in the stores here she was by far the nicest most helpful woman i have ever had help me in any davids i have ever been to.

Re: I Visited My DRESS!!!! NOT HAPPY
oh no!! so sorry that your not happy! but you will be!! you're gonna be gorgeous! with regards to exercises...the ONLY thing that worked for me was this: regular weight training (to tone muscle and in turn, speed up the metabolism) and cardio BUT... the trick with cardio...isn't to do like an hour a day...it's to do max 30 minutes and within those 30 minutes, do various intensity... like when i do treadmill, i manually increase and decrease the incline every several minutes, speed it up and slow it down at intervals. For elliptical, same thing, put it on random and start at like a high-mid intensity. i had a trainer a year ago and she gave me the 'secret' to effective cardio. honestly, i kicked my own a** but it totally works! don't worry, you're gonna be a gorgeous beautiful bride!!
