body fat %. I've been losing and gaining the same 10 lbs or so since we got engaged and I need some public humiliation to get me going for these last few months before the weddinggg

actually it started like that here, they only had about 10 people in last week now the day of weigh in, it's 23! now it's up to 1150!
People get really competitive over here and drink a TON of water to weigh in heavier for the initial weigh in.
FH and I went to sushi buffet last night to retain water

FH is still bitter because he came in 2nd place for the last competition by like .4 lbs. ahahaha He still talks about it
but he did lose about 30 lbs in 3 weeks
eta: 8 weeks, not 3!
